A company that needs laser-cut parts sends a drawing to its supplier and gets clean parts at a fair price. For a private person, a hobbyist or a small workshop this used to be a hassle: many suppliers want to see a company, a minimum quantity or a finished CAD file, and a single piece is not worth their while.
We think it should not be that hard. That is why we started Dynamic Parts. Your single part is made on the same machine, from the same sheet from certified suppliers and with the same check as a batch for industry.
What you get as a private customer
No business needed
You order as a private person, without a company name or VAT ID. Just leave the business field in the checkout empty.
No minimum order, no small-quantity surcharge
A single part is a normal order, with no setup fee and no surcharge for small quantities. Order more pieces and the price per piece drops.
No hidden costs
The configurator shows the final price including 19 % VAT while you design the part. Only shipping is added: €5.95 per order, free from €39.00. The price does not change after you order.
No CAD file needed
Common parts have templates where you only enter the dimensions. Other shapes you draw right in the browser. If you already have a DXF or STEP file, upload it.
Pay like in any online shop
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna, at no extra charge. The invoice with VAT shown comes by email.

These parts are ordered often. Each page shows prices for common sizes and opens the configurator, where you enter your dimensions and see the price at once.

How ordering works
- Design the part: pick a template, draw in the browser or upload a file.
- Choose material, thickness and quantity. The price updates with every change. Which material suits what is on the material pages.
- Pay, with or without a customer account. Without one, your email address is enough.
- We cut, check and ship. The parts reach you within 7 working days, usually after about 3 days.
Good to know
Something wrong? We sort it out
If a part is faulty or wrong, send us the order number and a few photos. If the fault is ours, we remake the part as fast as we can or refund it, without argument and at no cost to you. The statutory warranty runs for two years from delivery.
Shipping is our risk
If the parcel is lost or damaged on the way, that is our problem, not yours. For private customers the risk only passes when the parcel is handed to you.
Bare, with a cut edge
The parts come bare from the laser, without paint or protective film. From about 3 mm the edges can be sharp; you can choose a deburred finish in the configurator. We only deliver within Germany.
Changed your mind?
There is no statutory right of withdrawal, because every part is made for you (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). Get in touch anyway: as long as we have not started cutting, we usually cancel the order and refund the full amount. Once production has started you can still terminate; we then refund the part of the price that the termination saves us.

Questions from private customers
- Can I order laser-cut parts as a private person?
- Yes. Several platforms for laser-cut parts only sell to businesses; we sell to everyone. You order without a business or VAT ID, and the consumer rules in our terms apply.
- Do I need a CAD file?
- No. Signs, lettering, washers, plates and gussets have templates where you only enter dimensions. Other shapes you draw in the browser with rectangles, circles and lines.
- What does a single part cost?
- Mostly it depends on material, thickness and cut length. For a single piece, a good share of the price is setting up the machine, so every further piece costs much less than the first. The configurator shows the exact price at once. Examples with real prices are on the page What does laser cutting cost?.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can order without one; your email address is enough. The confirmation, invoice and tracking come by email, and the link in them shows where your order stands at any time. With an account you have all your orders and delivery addresses in one place.
- Can I cancel an order?
- As long as we have not started cutting, usually yes: call or write to us and we refund the full amount. Once production has started, we refund the part of the price that the termination saves us. Made-to-measure parts have no statutory right of withdrawal; your rights for defects apply regardless.
